CTPT 310 — Production and Inventory Planning and Control 2

This course focuses on the study of material flow processes by which products are created and delivered to customers. Topics include: aggregate planning, master scheduling, material requirements planning, capacity management, production activity control and inventory control. Computer-aided quantitative tools for decision-making and case analyses are used in the course.
