EDEM 610 — Leadership in Action
Teaches the use of reflective practice to develop theories of leadership action in educational settings. Also provides students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to engage in processes to improve individual and organizational performance. Special emphasis will be given to communication, problem solving and decision-making.
