Introduction to engineering practice and communication. Professional conduct and ethics, engineer's duty to society and the environment, sustainable development, occupational health and safety. Strategies for researching, generating, developing, organizing, and presenting ideas in a technical setting; communicating to different audiences; editing and revising communication materials; and public speaking.
