Psychological safety, mutual respect, and shared decision-making contributing to effective team functioning. Proactive approaches to address sources of disagreement, prevent escalation, foster cooperative dialogue, and leverage conflict to strengthen team cohesion, support problem-solving, and enhance collaboration.
